Most brands only publish chest measurements. That works for slim builds — but fails completely if your belly or hips are wider than your chest. Here's exactly why, and what to do about it.
(!)
The most common sizing mistake we see
A customer with a 38" body chest looks at our Classic tee and picks S (garment chest: 38"). Their belly is 44". Problem: the S is only 38" wide — the same as your chest. At 44" belly, the fabric wraps tight, pulls up at the front, and looks wrong. Even the M (40") or L (42") won't solve a 44" belly on the Classic. You need 2XL (46" chest). This guide shows you exactly why — and how to find the right size in 30 seconds.
THE BELLY GAP PROBLEM — A REAL EXAMPLE
Our tees have a straight cut — same width from chest to hem, no waist taper. This means the garment chest measurement is also the maximum belly circumference the shirt can hold. If your belly is wider, the shirt pulls.
Your Chest
38"
Normally size S. But your belly is the problem.
→
Your Belly
44"
6" bigger than chest. S garment (38") cannot hold this.
→
Correct Size
2XL
Classic 2XL garment chest: 46". Comfortably fits your 44" belly.
[~]The Rule: Always size for your widest measurement — chest, belly, or hips. The garment chest number in our chart is also the maximum belly that size can hold. If your belly exceeds that number, go up a size.

Straight-cut unisex — what this means for you
Both our Classic and Oversized tees are straight-cut — the same width from chest to hem with no waist taper. Great for coverage, but it means there's no extra fabric in the belly zone if you size to your chest alone. If your belly is your widest point, your belly measurement must drive your size choice — not your chest.
Step 1 — Do this first
HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
Use a soft measuring tape. Stand relaxed — don't suck in. Measure in inches. Take all three measurements before looking at the chart.
[M]
CHEST
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Keep it snug but not tight. Stand straight.
Required
[!]
BELLY / WAIST
Measure around the widest part of your midsection — usually at or just below the navel. This is the one most people skip. It's the one that prevents returns.
Critical — don't skip
[~]
HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your seat and hips. Important if your hips are wider than your belly — especially for women shopping our unisex cuts.

Once you have all three — use the largest number
Write down chest, belly, hip. Find which is biggest. That number drives your size. Compare it to the garment chest column in the chart — the garment needs to be at least that wide to fit without pulling.
Step 2 — Find your size
SIZE CHARTS
We carry two fits — Classic (S–2XL) and Oversized (S–2XL). Switch between them below. All measurements are garment dimensions. The red column is your maximum body belly — if your belly exceeds that number, go up a size.

How to read the "Belly Fit Max" column
This is your body belly measurement — not the garment. Find your belly size in the red column. Example: belly = 44" → you need 2XL (belly max: 46"). Even if your chest is normally S/M, you need a larger size for belly comfort. The chest will be loose — that's the right tradeoff.
(!)
Both tees go up to 2XL (46–50" belly max)
Our Classic and Oversized tees both run from S to 2XL. The Classic 2XL has a 46" garment chest (belly max: 46") and the Oversized 2XL has a 50" garment chest (belly max: 50"). If your belly exceeds these measurements, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can advise the best option.

STYLE YOUR FIT, DON'T RETURN IT
Sized for your belly and the chest feels a bit loose? These three moves make it look completely deliberate.
01
The Front Tuck
Tuck just the front hem into your bottoms. Creates a waist, breaks the length, looks styled — not sloppy. Works on any body type. Takes 5 seconds.
02
The Hem Knot
Grab the front hem and tie a loose knot at one side. Shortens the tee, creates shape, shows off your waist. Classic streetwear move — deliberate, not accidental.
03
Layer It
Over biker shorts, joggers, or cargo pants — the dropped shoulder becomes intentional streetwear. The longer hem works perfectly layered. This is how our tribe actually wears it.
Common questions
SIZING FAQ
Answered honestly — no vague "it depends."
My chest is 44" and belly is 50". What size on the Classic tee? ▾
If your belly is 50", the Oversized 2XL is your best option — its garment chest is 50", which exactly accommodates a 50" belly. The Classic 2XL has a 46" garment chest and won't comfortably hold a 50" belly. If you need more room than that, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Why does the Oversized tee only go to 2XL? My belly is plus-size. ▾
Both our Classic and Oversized tees go up to 2XL. The Oversized 2XL has the larger garment chest at 50" (belly max: 50"), while the Classic 2XL is 46" (belly max: 46"). If your belly is close to the limit, the Oversized 2XL gives you more room. If you exceed 50", please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Are the garment chest measurements the full circumference or just across the front? ▾
The measurements in our chart are measured flat across the front — half circumference. So an XL at 44" means the full garment circumference is 88". However, in the Belly Fit Max column, we've already converted this for you — compare your actual body belly measurement directly to that column. No math needed.
I'm a woman — how does unisex sizing work for me? ▾
Our tees are drafted on male body proportions — shoulder seams sit wider and length runs longer than a women's tee in the same size. Most women size down 1–2 for a regular look, or keep the same size for an oversized drop look. If you're petite (under 5'4"), expect extra length regardless. If curvy, size for your belly or hip — whichever is wider — then use our styling tips to manage the length.
If I size up 3 sizes for my belly, won't the shoulders look ridiculous? ▾
The seams will drop below your natural shoulder — but on a straight-cut tee, this reads as the "drop shoulder" oversized look that's been on-trend for years. It only looks unintentional without styling. A front tuck, hem knot, or layer immediately makes it look deliberate. Check the Style Tips section above.
I'm between two sizes — which do I pick? ▾
Always size up. A shirt one size too big looks relaxed and intentional. A shirt one size too small looks tight and uncomfortable — and belly pull is immediately visible. When in doubt, go larger.
