Size Exchange Policy

If the size of the product you receive is not the right fit, you may request a size exchange.

Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
A maximum of 2 products per order can be exchanged.

Products must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
Returned with original tags and packaging intact

Exchange Process
Email us at info@tashantribe.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include your Order Number and the size required.
Once approved, ship the product to our return address.
After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement size.

Exchange Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us.
Tashan Tribe will ship the exchanged product back to the customer free of charge.

Return Policy

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery only in the following situations:

The product received is damaged.
The product received has a manufacturing defect.
The wrong item was delivered.

To request a return, please email info@tashantribe.com within 7 days of delivery along with clear photographs of the issue.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided when:

A product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
A damaged item was delivered.
An incorrect product was delivered.
We are unable to provide a replacement.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

As many of our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer, cancellation requests can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

To request cancellation:

Include your Order Number in the email.

If the order has already entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
